The Vanity Van concept was conceived back in 2008 by Alix Soame who is the beloved owner of the original Vanity Van. After visiting many a festival over the years but not loving the traumatic effects that spending the weekend in a tent has on your looks and hair an idea was formed... Providing onsite hair and beauty facilities seemed like the obvious solution and so the festival salon was born.
Festival goers booked into the Vanity Van mobile beauty salon in their droves and our unique alfresco hair and beauty services have been in hot demand across the UK ever since.
The Vanity Van mobile beauty salon will be featuring at a variety of public events in 2011 including UK festivals, concerts and shows.
Event services
It became obvious that our fabulous team of hair and make up artists, beauty therapists and holistic therapists, as well as the Vanity Van mobile beauty salon we created would be the perfect service for a multitude of other events. During the last couple of years the Vanity Van mobile beauty salon has been booked for dozens of indoor and outdoor events ranging from corporate and private parties, concerts, exhibitions, conferences, fun days, reward days, weddings… the list is endless!
We offer a huge range of treatments that can be tailored to suit any kind of event or client. There are treatments perfect for men, women and children.
Mobile therapists
Our talented Mobile therapists have also been made available to book by private clients for Home and hotel treatments, Pamper experiences, Wedding packages and as Freelance artists.
Beauty master classes and makeover master classes
The latest Vanity Van development launching soon is our fabulous beauty master classes and makeover master classes which are perfect for an alternative team-building session or for a special occasion such as a hen party or birthday party.
Our team
We have a large team of highly experienced professional mobile therapists working for us who are skilled in hair and make up treatments, beauty treatments and holistic therapies.
All hair and make up artists, beauty therapists and holistic therapists are fully equipped, qualified and insured and regularly carry out work in a mobile environment. Our team are able to set up a beauty clinic in your home, hotel, venue, office or event.
Our mobile therapist team bring with them a wealth of knowledge from different areas of the hair and beauty industry including film, TV, theatre, fashion, photographic media and private clients.
Most mobile therapists are multi skilled so we can send the minimum number of mobile therapists to cover the maximum number of hair and make up treatments, beauty treatments and holistic therapies allowing complete flexibility in catering for your guests.
We can advise you on how many mobile therapists will be needed for your specific capacity and the range of treatments you require, offering you a variety of options to suit your budget.
We can cater for any size event as we have a large team of staff at our finger tips.
Our mobile therapists are normally dressed in smart black trousers or skirts with Vanity Van T-shirts. We are also happy to style our team to suit your brand or event theme or we can arrive unbranded in smart black beauty tunics.
