We understand that it can be challenging to bring new and exciting elements to your annual event. If you organise award ceremonies why not pamper your guests with onsite relaxation and beauty treatments? These work well either during the pre-event drinks or after the awards ceremony. We will bring our fully-equipped Vanity Van mobile beauty salon to offer your guests a range of treatments of your choice from hair styles to make up and manicures to massages.

We understand that to maximise your guests’ experience at an awards ceremony relaxation and beauty treatments that can be turned around quickly work best. We suggest mini treatments that last around 15 minutes each and can include: mini massages, mini manicures (file, shape and paints), make up retouches, false eyelashes and creative face and body art.

 

If you have a daytime awards ceremony leading into an evening event, we can organise a full hair and make up beauty salon during the event break so you can offer hair and make up styling to beautify guests ready for the night ahead.

We can also provide full hair and make up for your presenters.

Vanity Van awards ceremony case studies

For the National Festival Awards we offered a mixture of massages, mini manicures and creative face and body art for the awards ceremony delegates during the daytime conference and to the guests during the pre-drinks before the awards ceremony.

For the Event Magazine Awards at Movida nightclub, we set up a full beauty salon within the VIP area in the club and offered mini manicures and massages throughout the evening party for the awards ceremony guests.
